    Retail Sales: $50
    Food Sales: $100

    Since this is our first year our fees are low. We will accommodate the size you need for your booth area at a flat fee. However next year may be a bit different. Please let us know the approximate size area you will need and if you need water or electricity.

    - All booths must decorated in medieval/renaissance faire theme, mythical or magical, pirate, viking or royalty.
    - You and all the people working in your booth must be dressed in costume to match your booth.
    - Booths must be secured with stakes and or weights. The wind seriously blows here! So lets avoid mishaps to tents, merchandise, decorations and people.
    - Booths must be ready and remain open during Faire hours; Friday 11am to 9pm, Saturday 9:30am to 9pm(6pm if you plan participate in the evening events) and Sunday 9:30 to 5pm(or close).
    - Vehicles need to be moved to preferred vendor parking ½ hour before opening each day.
    - Booths must be taken down at close of faire unless other arrangements have been made with the faire co-odnator.
    - Please take all bagged up garbage to designated area.
    - The Murtaugh Medieval Faire is an outside fair and you should plan and prepare for colder weather. Although weather could be warm with cooler nights.
    - You may camp at your space but please no visible tents during the day. Since the venue is a Scout Camp there are fire pits through out the grounds. If you want RV hook ups there are RV hook ups at the Murtaugh Lake Camp grounds and can be reserved through Twin Falls County Parks. If you are not a camper there are Hotels/Motels in Twin Falls and Burley both about 20 to 25 drive from the venue.
    - There is water on site and toilets. There will also be port-o-potties.
    - The site is right next to Murtaugh Lake and many dairies are in the area so there could be flying pests.
    - There is good cell phone reception for those of you want to take credit cards.
    - Food vendors will need to acquire their own temporary event food permit through the health department of Twin Falls County.
    - As Organizers of the Faire, we are required to obtain documents stating that you as a vendor will collect and pay Idaho Sales Tax. Info at http://tax.idaho.gov/i-1031.cfm. Sellers permit must be available at your booth.
    - By participating as a vendor you allow Murtaugh Medieval Faire to use your name, business or group name and to take photos for future marketing of the Murtaugh Medieval Faire.
